All telephone staff were brilliant and patient as we had to change our date three times. Each time they very helpful. James was extremely helpful and friendly both on the phone and yesterday when we put items into the unit for the first time. The units are clean and the system is well organised. Thankyou.

Initial enquiry very helpful and discounted price very much appreciated. Also very flexible with dates which was appreciated due to lockdown dates changing in Wales and England

I went to The big yellow store at 65 penarth road, Cardiff. I was attended by James Marcus. He is a wonderful, soft spoken person who made all process very easy for me. I felt very comfortable. He explained everything very well. He attended to all of my needs. The manager Mr Sian also was very friendly and polite. Overall it was excellent experience at outstanding company. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I’ve never experienced such an efficient service. Very helpful staff from the initial quote over the phone and reassurance of not to worry if room size not quite right as can swap on the day etc. They recommended a removal firm who are excellent and I was able to pop in to go through paperwork the day before and the rest was left to the removal team. Very secure system and very helpful and friendly staff. Everyone I dealt with were great. A great deal on costs too. Would highly recommend
