Booking and online checkin was so easy & Sahil was incredible in being flexible with helping me pay/move into the space out of hours when my removal van was delayed. What could so easily have been a stressful disaster turned into a pleasant & positive experience, everything went so smoothly & unit is just the right size and so clean. I so very impressed with the friendly & efficient service.

Marcus, Sian and James were amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. They even let me go to a smaller room last minute when I realised I'd over estimated my storage needs. Lovely clean building, nice layout and good trollies. Will be recommending to all friends and family if they ever need storage.

All telephone staff were brilliant and patient as we had to change our date three times. Each time they very helpful.
