Met Poppy today to book a space at BY Storage. Very friendly, informative and helpful. Needed a last minute room change which was no issue. Very good customer service and would highly recommend. Also spoke to Neil a few days ago to arrange the booking who was also very lovely and informative and helpful. Which shows its a good culture of giving good service at BY Storage. Would highly recommend using them for your Storage needs.
