Because I could not give eleven

I was given brilliant customer service and, for someone who has never considered using storage before, would definitely recommend Big Yellow as a convenient way to save space in the house. I purchased a very strong padlock which was cheaper than any hardware stores locally. Very impressed with the security and facilities.

Liz was amazing from start to finish. She's an asset to the team.

Staff were very helpful and made the process very easy also found the price competitive rented an outside container for ease of access. The access in and out of car park could be better especially when large lorries are loading at the entry point.

Only just moved in but at initial enquiry stage and move in, the staff were all very helpful, no hidden surprises and all went very smoothly

The girls at Cardiff's Big Yellow,Liz and Laura, were fantastic. Most welcoming and friendly but also very efficient. They explained everything clearly and patiently. And they gave me a cup of tea! Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was most impressed. Other companies would do well to see how they do things. They deserve a huge pay rise.
