Was made to feel very comfortable from when I went in. Lovely lady's on reception wjo were friendly and easy to chat too. Giving all the information I needed and made the whole process simple,

The member of staff, Laura, who was looking after me, was very pleasant, helpful, explained everything that needed to be explained quickly and easily. She has a nice manner and is obviously good at her job.
