We were really impressed by how accommodating and flexible the team have been with handling a long distance move in. They have done everything possible to facilitate an easy move in.
I arrived at the Chelmsford branch tired and feeling unwell after a long and hard day clearing out my late father's house. I have to say the staff were fantastic. They straight away offered me something to drink and didn't rush me. The registration process was really smooth, they answered all my questions and went the extra mile to be helpful.
