My initial enquiries were followed up by the store staff; subsequent discussions and arrangements were helpfully and pleasantly conducted. I was warmly welcomed on the day of beginning use and much impressed by the efficiency of the operation.

Brilliant customer service from Yana at the Chelmsford branch. She was friendly, helpful and very informative. I was very impressed with the security precautions at the site, and found the building easy to access with clear directions on how to find my locker. The only reason this review is a 9/10 instead of a 10/10 is that I found 11pm to be an early closing time (when using out-of-hours access). It would have been great to be able to use the facilities until midnight or 1am, but I'm guessing there are good reasons for this. Otherwise a flawless service. Very impressed.
