I'm a total storage virgin and so had no idea what to expect when I went to check in, but the staff at the site were VERY helpful and gave a full rundown of everything I needed to know. They were quite happy to answer all my questions (no matter how daft!) and gave a full walk through of the site. Storage itself is very well laid out and extremely easy to use, even out of hours. The site is also very secure with locks on the room you've rented, which you can provide yourself or purchase an on-site number or key lock. There are CCTV cameras in all areas so everything is monitored and call buttons to contact the out of hours office if you have issues while loading/unloading. You also get your own PIN number to access the various doors and front gate on site when using it out of hours. First eight weeks is also half price which is also great !

For using this for the 1st time to store my daughters home contents whilst waiting to move in her new property i was very surpried how it all fitted in the space provided and found that it was a very friendly and very clean enviroment and would use this service again as it was easy to use, only wish there was one a bit closer to us.

Very helpful staff, took time to explain everything to me in detail, very understanding when I set the alarm off!
