Great location, easy to get to and not too busy. The staff were really helpful and after the initial visit you do not need any more help - you can just make use of the space as needed.
I have used Yellow Box twice now and they've been great on both occasions, actually the second time was better due to Hayley being on the phone the same day I got my initial quote, which I was impressed with, and she was very helpful and also happy which always makes a big difference when you're getting a product or service from a company. Overall very good and I will continue to use them if needed in the future, no question.
i would like to thank all the staff at big yellow through a very stressful time for me. As we didnt no until the day we were moving that we would have to put our belongings in to storage. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would and have recommended you to any one i know. I would not hesitate to your company again in the future. Thank you once again..
The really striking thing about my first Big Yellow Self Storage experience was the fantastic attitude and pateince of the staff taking me through the whole process, and again on my subsequent visits. Congratulations to them!
The premises are clean, felt secure & looked well run. The only problem we have encountered so far with Big Yellow is the weekend opening times. 2pm is very early to close on a Sunday, 4pm would be more reasonable. Apart from that, no problems recommending.
the lady at the chelmsford reception was very helpful (cant remeber her name!) and explained how the pin etc works and the level of security - answered any questions with confidence so she knew what she was talking about, and would definitely recommend the chelmsford store to absolutely anyone!!
Very useful service. Store is clean, good level of access with loading bays and plenty trolleys. Good offer of boxes and packing material in the shop although it is frustrating they won't refund or even credit note on unused boxes. Not like you can get a Big Yellow packing box from somewhere else!!! Access hours are pretty good with standard availability 7 days a week.
I found the staff helpful and friendly, providing me with really useful advice. The store is very easy to use and in such a convenient spot. All areas of the store are well kept, secure and readily accessible. I am told the whole experience of moving house can be traumatic - but where Big Yellow is concerned I had nothing but full peace of mind.
Decided to use facilities at Chelmsford. So convenient, plenty of parking space (even for a large van), the staff eager to show different size of rooms available and explain security arrangements. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
