The staff are always friendly and helpful especially when I forget my access code time after time.

When I needed to find a suitable storeroom for all our publicity material I so many but not all features offered at Big Yellow were available. Big Yellow in Chelmsford is easily accessed via road, is level entrance, all the necessary trolleys even a fork lift if you need. Most importantly the staff is always helpful if you have any queries. Also very important for me was the price. It is the most cometitive one giving best value for money - so do go have a look and book a room without a view - sorry but the view is not included in the price so you don't get one.

Nice people to deal with, and the facilty is useful. Not as cheap as some alternatives, but one accepts that land around the location would command a premium. As long as the charges remain as they are, things are fine. had you thought about a discount for a 12 month contract? (I've been with you 2 1/2 yrs now)

When we were redecorating it was great to simply take all the furniture out of the room and put them in a clean, secure storage at the Chelmsford Big Yellow depot.
