Convenient, great service and a good price. Terry at the Cheltenham Branch was extremely helpful. We have used that Branch before and will use it again in the future as needs demand.

Neil & Terry could not have done more

Check-in experience was OK, and the staff did their best to accommodate my storage needs. However, I was left with some confusion as to what I'm being charged. I paid £258 but I didn't receive any kind of invoice or receipt, and I don't know what this was made up of (e.g. how much of that is for insurance?). Also, it seems to be over double what I was initially quoted (£15.90 for the first 8 weeks, £31.80 after that). I seem to have paid £32.25 per week, which is over twice as much as I was expecting. The staff kept insisting that I'm getting a very good deal, but I'd rather just see the numbers and make that judgment for myself.

very helpful great advice for how to access our unit if we need to.Advice on how to pack. Use of their packing boxes etc. Everything you need was to hand/ Show you around the different sizes of storage areas so you get an idea of what you really need. Big thank you to Terry and Gareth
