The staff are very helpful and informative everything went to plan

After a very stressful week it was so nice to have been greeted with helpful, polite and friendly staff . Neil, Terry and Gareth can't praise enough on the efficient service they gave me .

Gareth was extremely helpful on site. On my arrival I realised that I had ordered a unit that was far too large, but he arranged to change it without any fuss. He even sayed a little late as it took us longer to unload than expected.

From the first, I have had friendly helpful and patient help. Arrived at Cheltenham depot to pay and settle all arrangements and Neil, was great. Offer of coffee was the icing on the cake. I changed size of room and he very patiently showed me the next size. All extremely painless. Thank you Neil.
