From the first, I have had friendly helpful and patient help. Arrived at Cheltenham depot to pay and settle all arrangements and Neil, was great. Offer of coffee was the icing on the cake. I changed size of room and he very patiently showed me the next size. All extremely painless. Thank you Neil.
