Staff were polite, friendly and informative when they contacted me. On arrival at the depot Terry completed the check in process professionally and made me feel at ease.

From my first telephone call to the Cheltenham site, right through to my visit yesterday and placing my items in storage I was very impressed with the level of support, service and understanding shown to me. Terry was fabulous and helped me sort out my storage easily and has helped take pressure off me at a difficult time in my life.
