I can’t say enough good things about the reception service here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such genuine warmth. The team member Kasis at the front desk was incredibly patient, walked me through everything clearly, and made a normally stressful process feel effortless. The facility is spotless, but it’s truly the friendly, professional reception that makes this place stand out. Highly recommended!

The room I booked was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had thought of everything, so the whole process was incredibly simple. Highly recommended.
