I made an enquiry mid week as we needed a storage solution after the passing of a family member. This morning I was able to start moving items in!! A young lady called xsara handled my enquiry from the beginning, she was extremely understanding and helpful when setting everything up especially given my awful grasp on technology!! She helped guide me through an app which stores the information I need for entry & exit and explained all of the sundries available to help us get things packaged safely and securely. The site seems very secure with multiple security features including :alarms,padlocks, numerical input. The room we have opted for is a reasonable size, again lots of advice to help choose the right size for us

Zara was lovely and friendly and helped us get set up and Emma made the checkout process nice and easy. It was quite a lengthy process to get set up, lots of security measures but once we were it was easy to access the unit. Times you could access were a bit limited though

Big Yellow in Chester is Clean, Secure and well run. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Have been using them for several years and would highly recommend for complete peace of mind.

My 2nd time using big yellow and all the staff I have come across are so lovely and make the experience stress free. The spaces are clean, secure and everything you could want and need for a variety of storage needs. Thank you again for all the help!

Had to get a small lock up for a few weeks and was talked through the process with the team in Chester. i did have difficulty using the app but again speaking to the front desk (yay for real people) that was soon sorted. Would defintely use again.

Great experience would highly recommend, app allows really easy access to unit whenever needed. 5* thanks!
