The salesman...Jeff Bankes..was really helpful went through everythink with us showed us around went through codes and alarms....twice ....made sure we were happy with everythink before we left..

Jeff and Lee made a difficult move v easy and as stress free as possible. They were reassuring and helpful. I've never used storage facilities before but their excellent manner and professional efficiency was impressive and I wouldn't hesitate to use Big Yellow again.
Staff were very helpful and informative, it couldn't have been any easier. The two staff that looked after us were Geoff & Lee from the Chester branch they took the time to explain everything and show us around, they made sure we got the right space for us.
A cancellation of storage, followed by a reinstatement, got us out of a real problem - so grateful to Geoff and his team for being so helpful.
