The initial enquiry on phone was very friendly and helpful and the Person at reception on arrival was also very professional , very welcoming and very helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I was first initially greeted by Kabira, at Yellow storage in great west road. I have always since a kid wanted to know what it is like inside and Kabira gave me an experience exactly how I imagined it. I know it may seem small but it was really important. It’s a shame that Kabira is not working at a company that is used more daily than Yellow storage as I would be in and out everyday to say hello.
Kabira was really lovely and helpful cannot fault her. She was also very patient when I kept making lots of changes to the booking.
