Josh was great. Setup was trivial and beautifully guided from pre arrival to arrival.

Easy set up. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the deposit and insurance cost came as a slight surprise although I'm sure if I had asked then I would have been told beforehand.

Your staff Josh who works at Brentford TW8 9FX branch provided me a very friendly, supportive and thoughtful service, I compared with other storage facilities but I decided to have the Big Yellow because of his fantastic service.

I had booked by phone one week in advance , I did online check in , I called and got my room number and still had to stand for 25 mins waiting to get access to my room . The guy who checked me on was a gentleman but his colleague was ignorant and not customer focused.
