Painless and easy

Great storage facility with undercover loading / unloading which is a great feature. Only downside was it took quite some time to check in 30 odd minutes.

I am currently using the Big yellow Store and have been very impressed with the service from Nicky in the Chiswick Branch. She has been efficient, courteous and has helped me enormously with what could have been a very difficult move. Good variety of units available. Easy to use trolleys. Excellent lift to each floor Why not hire out portable lights with rechargable batteries for those who may have to sort through some of their stored goods? Why not hire out shelving rather than buy?

Pros: The Reception man at the Chiswick Branch was helpful, polite and informative. Discount was offered and storage space was value for money Useful Self Storage guide provided. Cons: I tried to arrange for my furniture to be picked via Big Yellow; on two occasions I was informed that someone would ring me but it never happened, so I arranged for my own Removal men. You have to pay for 4 weeks storage, although you may only want 2. But you are given a refund for the unused period provided you give 7 days notice.
