Despite being a bit more expensive than other storage providers, Big Yellow has unrivalled customer service and an excellent, clean and uplifting environment in which to store one's belongings. It's difficult to imagine that storage could actually be fun but Big Yellow are commendable for their ability to take the stress out of moving and finding a home for your possessions. The staff are relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They actually seem to care as well and that is not a given, in any service environment, and is well worth the slightly higher prices charged. On a cost by cost basis you might well find a cheaper provider but I can't imagine you could get the quality and attractive environment and location that Big Yellow offer. Big Yellow has attractive branding and lives up to its promises on every front.

Highly recommend. Great service from lovely sales girl who didn't mind showing us around and helping us to choose a room suitable for our needs- even though we pitched up 5 minutes before closing! Also like the fact that we can change he size of our room, to both larger or smaller should we find that we need more or less space once we have moved all our items in. Great security and access just 5 minutes from our house!

Having had never used a self storage room I thought this whole process was going to be a nightmare - my experience couldnt be further away from that. I was overseas when I suddenly had to arrange storage, and manager Scott answered all my questions and was great with his advice. Their recommended removalist Abba Moves were also great assistance. I would very much recommend the services of Big Yellow Storage in Chiswick and manager Scott.

Big Yellow offered an immediate and flexible solution to our problem after we were gazumped at the last minute. The Chiswick site is very friendly and the building is modern and very secure. We paid just a little extra to get extended hours access to the storage room. Great solution. Not necessarily cheap but it beats the competition overall and in our case was a lifesaver!

I have to say the store is in an annoying location off the A4 so that if you miss the turning (which I did!) it is not straightforward to get back. I got myself a little worked up by this but rang Big Yellow and could not have received better service. The lady at head office got on to helping straight away and within 5 minutes I had a phone call from the store. The lady there was really kind and helpful. When I got to the store she made me feel at ease. Thank you!

I've been with Big Yellow for a number of years now and was moving storage location. The process could not have been simpler and was handled very efficiently by their staff. I would like to give particular mention to the young lady manning the Chiswick location who was so welcoming and clear and concise in explaining everything.

Loved particularly the complete newness of this location - have seen so many dingy chopped up storage spaces and this is just refreshingly new, bright and clean. Excellent staff. Would like to be able to use a small step stool to access higher areas in the unit.
