Big Yellow offered an immediate and flexible solution to our problem after we were gazumped at the last minute. The Chiswick site is very friendly and the building is modern and very secure. We paid just a little extra to get extended hours access to the storage room. Great solution. Not necessarily cheap but it beats the competition overall and in our case was a lifesaver!

I have to say the store is in an annoying location off the A4 so that if you miss the turning (which I did!) it is not straightforward to get back. I got myself a little worked up by this but rang Big Yellow and could not have received better service. The lady at head office got on to helping straight away and within 5 minutes I had a phone call from the store. The lady there was really kind and helpful. When I got to the store she made me feel at ease. Thank you!

I've been with Big Yellow for a number of years now and was moving storage location. The process could not have been simpler and was handled very efficiently by their staff. I would like to give particular mention to the young lady manning the Chiswick location who was so welcoming and clear and concise in explaining everything.

Loved particularly the complete newness of this location - have seen so many dingy chopped up storage spaces and this is just refreshingly new, bright and clean. Excellent staff. Would like to be able to use a small step stool to access higher areas in the unit.

Extremely courteous staff, spanking new premises, convenient parking & unloading area, but charging extra for 'out of office hours' access is a bit mean c.f.competitors.

We noticed the new Big Yellow Self Storage facility as we used the M4 for Heathrow. From initial enquiry to having the removals company deliver our items, the experience did not disappoint. The staff are very pleasant, whilst following the protocol to the letter, the space is superbly organised and brand new, and feels very safe and secure. Only quibble is the lengthy check in process, which is maybe more to do with the very early start for us to meet the removals truck there!
