I have had items stored here since 2023. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Today I downgraded from a big room to half and Paula, the store manager was very friendly and helpful in my room switch. She deserves a promotion for how helpful and accommodating she was. A great experience and I'm glad I chose this store to keep my items safe.

Checking in was the most painful bit as they had a bit of a jobsworth who was working on their own. However, using the unit and the check out process was completely fine so I would happily recommend!

Kathryn was great from when she first checked me in, showed me around to even when I have a few questions in and around the storage facility. She’s always so helpful and a genuine asset to the Croydon branch and for someone who’s only used the storage facility for the first time, she made it an absolute breeze. She’s absolutely amazing.
