Amazing experience here yesterday. We were helped by Kaythryn and she was extremely helpful and intuitive! She explained everything in detail and left us with no questions. She listened and understood well what we needed without us even asking (or knowing what was best for us.) She also made great suggestions. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was another colleague of hers who was also helpful, even though he was attending to other people. Great people! Great store!

Dominik and Kathryn the managers at the Croydon branch were excellent. They were very knowledgable and helpful.

Kaythryn was super helpful and informative and cared more about customer service than just the money and it made the experience that much more better especially since it was my first time using a storage space. The conversation was lovely and she is definitely the reason I will use the space again!

Charlene on reception was amazing, she explained everything in full detail and answered any questions that I had. She also showed me how everything worked. Would totally recommend this storage unit.
