Customer reviews for Croydon Self Storage

Dom was extremely helpful and informative! Great service

I have had items stored here since 2023. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Today I downgraded from a big room to half and Paula, the store manager was very friendly and helpful in my room switch. She deserves a promotion for how helpful and accommodating she was. A great experience and I'm glad I chose this store to keep my items safe.

Paula was very helpful and gave amazing customer service. Was very detailed in explaining everything and answered every question with a smile on her face. Thank you Paula!

Top quality service and very helpful staff indeed. There was never a problem that couldn't be dealt with. It was a great experience indeed.

Checking in was the most painful bit as they had a bit of a jobsworth who was working on their own. However, using the unit and the check out process was completely fine so I would happily recommend!

Very friendly staff.

Catherine and Dominic were lovely and made the process so easy, explaining everything with complete transparency

Dominic and Katherine were extremely helpful & friendly when deciding on storage size. Overall customer service was superb.

Kathryn was great from when she first checked me in, showed me around to even when I have a few questions in and around the storage facility. She’s always so helpful and a genuine asset to the Croydon branch and for someone who’s only used the storage facility for the first time, she made it an absolute breeze. She’s absolutely amazing.

Clear instructions, easy check in, transparent pricing. Very supportive staff. I had a challeging experience with my removal company - The staff at Big Yellow Croydon were patient, professional and gently stepped in to assist when things got difficult. My father passed away earlier that week and their support made a stressful situation more mangable. I highly recommend them, for their kindness and excellent customer service.
