Unclear information and misleading customer to believe that they are paying cheaper price until they are checking in

Well.managed as they obviously get lots of people inquiring just for a price. Team really helpful every step of the way.

Ernest is simply the best

Ernest was extremely helpful with a quick and smooth check-in. When I realised my intial storage unit was too small for what I needed he was quick to offer alternatives.

It was pretty easy, online documents and content makes it understandable

My enquiries was handled in the way Price and customer service was great

I came the day before to book in. Was told I couldn't as it would affect storage dates but that when i did come with stuff my removal men could take stuff to storage room whilst I was booking in. On the day I was told I couldnt do this and they would have to wait. Also told to wait outside as one in one out policy due to covid19. Whilst I appreciate this, the gentleman before me was inside for approx 30 mins meaning myself, my 19 month old baby and my 67 year old mum were outside in the 38 degree heat. I am assuming the guy before hadnt booked in online as my booking didn't take as long. Having two members of staff would have sped up the process considerably

Samira was excellent, answered all our question, showed us the facilities and was very informative, helpful and professional- went the extra mile! Nothing was to much bother for her.
