Excellent Service and very helpful

Yasmina was lovely and explained everything clearly being super helpful with lock and location. She was also very quick calling me back (way before the 2 other companies I had contacted) she seemed eager for my business and was quick, hence why I chose you

I was pleased to have a quick and easy procedure. The customer service was amazing. yasmina was very welcoming when I came in and accommodating. I did majority of the documentation’s online so it only took about 10/15 mins to finish off everything else.

It was informative and helpful. And not overbearing.

All was explained thoroughly. Had experienced no problems at all.

The initial online enquiry was simple, with a follow up call from someone from ‘Big yellow self storage’. The whole procedure of booking and moving into the storage space was also easy to understand

My initial enquiry was handled in a very friendly and professional manner by a gentleman who said his name is Ernest. The process of booking, how to move in, and all other T & C were clearly explained to me. It was very helpful.
