Reserving the lock up online was east and painless. Upon check in, I was served by a member of staff called Henry. He was helpful and patient making sure he explained all procedures and benefits.

I arrived at Dagenham Branch and was greeting by Henry who was so helpful. He made the process of filling in the forms and getting started very easy and he showed me how to get into the room and explained everything. He also went out of his way to help me and make it so easy for me to bring my items into the lockup. He was so polite and he even helped me with all the boxes that I purchased. He made a stressful situation very easy.

Henry from the Dagenham branch was extremely patient and helpful when dealing with us. He ensured we had the best deal and even managed to upgrade our storage room.

The customer service was great and they gave me the best and cheapest option suitable for me. Sarah and Henry were fantastic.
