Because the guy we meet was really good and I like the environment as well.

Clean facilities that have good lighting. You can access at different times and I like that there is a discount for the first 8 weeks. I found the staff to be very informative and friendly.

First Stephen in Nottingham was fabulous and he was really helpful with some really useful ideas. Then there was Henry in Dagenham! I have to warn you am about to heap some praise on this guy. Thoughtful, caring and innovative his customer service skills are stratospheric, actually, they're out of this world. It would seem Big Yellow is a world leader in how it's staff interacts with the public - and not just because we are paying customers. Thanks Stephen, massive thanks Henry - well done BIG YELLOW!

Henry was extremely helpful and available. He explained to us how things work and after that everything seems so simple. He advised us on the size of the box, which is allowed us to pay less. Very happy!!!
