Arran was super. Easy to deal with, everything explained in detail but not to bore us. Had a guided tour of what units were available. Always smiling and helpful.

As a shielding family, Nicola, Aaron and Elliot did everything they could to make sure we got the unit that best fitted our needs at the same time as making sure we were kept as safe as possible thoughout.

The staff were very good

Spoke to Nicola twice on phone and she was extremely helpful on both occasions. In branch I was served by Aaron. He took the time to explain the current operating times and guidance with me and was a erasure to deal with. Both Nicola and Aaron were smiling, friendly and polite when I met them and they were so easy to talk to. A credit to your company really.

The advice for the space we needed was very good. Clear information on how to use the service too.
