The initial contact made on the phone by myself was very friendly and encouraging providing a lot of information that lead me to go to the Derby facility. Nicola the Derby facility Armadillo representative was again very helpful and showed the facility to me and aided the setup of the locker by setting the combination padlock for me.

We’d checked out the nearby competition and did not have a great experience there. Our experience at Armadillo was the exact opposite. Aaron was brilliant! A really charismatic, welcoming and friendly listener/problem solver which is exactly what we needed. We were on a tight time schedule trying to help a family member with a fallen through house move and Aaron really helped to relieve some of that potential stress arising with his calm and caring approach. Honestly could not have asked for a better customer service experience.
