brilliant company, professional first class service

Under pressure and stretched like the proverbial piece of elastic, the lovely staff at Armadillo, Derby made this part of my move to France so straightforward. They found me someone to collect and carry the things up to the storage unit when I'd been let down the previous day. I only contacted them just before closing on a Friday night-and we were waiting for them to open up the next morning! They even provided me with a great cup of coffee! Thank you so much.

The staff have been very helpful in sorting out storage for us, changed the unit size 3 times but nothing was too much trouble, excellent location very easy to access the building and loads of trollies about to move your belongings, also did us a great deal for long term storage, highly recommended

My major gripe is that you close at 6pm, which is rubbish for those of us who work. Could you not stay open later even if it were one or two nights a week?

Really impressed by the friendly, professional service at the Derby office. The whole process of arranging storage right through to moving your belongings into the room is simple, clear and hassle-free.

I was really impresed with the service. I had to find storage very quickly and under a lot of stress and pressure and when I phoned I spoke to a young woman who was very calm, helpful, professional, friendly and reassuring. I immediately decided to go with this company on that basis. I arrived less than an hour later and she met me along with a male colleague. She was helpful and polite and remembered my name and the details of what I needed. She showed me around and allowed my friends to unpack my belongings while I completed the necessary paperwork. She was quick and efficient & didn't push me to fill in details I couldn't think of at the time. I asked for a glass of water and was given one. The staff were both friendly and welcoming and made a very stressful situation easier to bear. I was very impressed with their conduct and would use this storage facility again. Thank-you.
