store staff made a very stressful move easy. friendly staff always on hand to help.

We looked at several possibilities and price wise there isn't a lot to choose. What was different was the staff - and that's why we chose Armadillo. Everyone was friendly but not pushy and nothing is too much trouble. We thought about somewhere offering 24/7 access - and then thought "why ?" At the end of the day it is the staff that make a business and at Derby Armadillo they have it sorted.

Could do with opening to 7 or 8pm, my lock door is flimsy if you wanted to get in you could with a hard pull, there's also a grid ceiling which in effect is a big gap on top off you door so if you did want to get in. Easy access, and friendly staff.

Dealt with Mirella (probably mis spelled!) and she made everything so easy. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very welcome. CCTV screens in the main office so you get an idea of the security in place whilst sorting out your storage options. Many thanks.

Having never used storage facilities before,I was a bit apprehensiveabout it all,but I needn't have worried.Very helpful staff talked me through the whole process and removal day went without a hitch.Very pleased with service,and prices etc.Only criticism would have is the size of containerI was advised to have over the phone was far too small,and it was a good job I went to view it first.Soon remedied though,so very satisfied all round and would recommend to others.

The storage itself is pretty much what you'd expect from a national provider, however it is so often the staff that make a place great, or not so great. Errol called and emailed the minute I'd requested my online quote and followed this up once more. Calling the office, his colleague was also extremely helpful and visiting the unit we were given plenty of time to look around and understand the prices before making a commitment. I am very happy that we have the best price for a good service.

Everything was great. Store was clean. CCTV throughout and displayed in reception. The only draw back would be the customer toilets. Very unclean. I had driven around 200 miles and chose not to use them. Other than that, brill

This storage facility has become invaluable to me, just being stuck between two homes and work! the booking procedure is straight forward, with everything there to get you started! you can even get spare tape to wrap your boxes!
