The staff at Armadillo have all been so pleasant and helpful that I felt the whole arrangement was being organised by friends. My daughter and son in law are also using the facility, and I know that they have experienced this welcoming attitude as well. I have been delighted with the facility and especially the friendly people who work there.
I would recommend Armadillo storage as it's a great price and the facilities are excellent. The staff are on hand whenever you need and we feel our items are stored very securely, leaving us free from worry.
The location is great for me as its only about 700 metres from my doorstep. Staff are very helpful and polite. Storage units are clean, bright and safe. What more could I ask for?

Big yellow box approach to the customer was First Class from the offsett, from making the online enquiry to placing my goods into storage. The member of staff on duty was Outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, I was shown around and it was not a problem to change my mind on the day and get a bigger storage area. A very professional level of service.

I was looking for a score better than excellent for the attitude and service of the staff at the Derby store. Not many businesses have that quality, and you do not go back. A friendly personal touch. A clean and organised environment.
The lock up has very secure access, friendly staff and relatively easy to access. Good value and would recommend. Only down side is not being open sundays,other wise great and very helpful.
