I was looking for a score better than excellent for the attitude and service of the staff at the Derby store. Not many businesses have that quality, and you do not go back. A friendly personal touch. A clean and organised environment.

The lock up has very secure access, friendly staff and relatively easy to access. Good value and would recommend. Only down side is not being open sundays,other wise great and very helpful.

Staff have been helpful and friendly. My only issue has been that there is no access to my storage on a Sunday ~ a few hours access on a Sunday would be much more convenient for me.
