The customer service from Bianca was EXCELLENT.

Liam at the Dundee branch was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we received the best deal possible. He was very courteous and polite and made the whole process very straightforward and less stressful.

Great communication throughout. Fiendly, efficient staff who were knowledgeable of all products and advised as such, no pressure. The equipment and storage are well maintained and help is always at hand. Environment friendly e.g. motion activated lights, so keeps the consumer cost down. Coffees great too!
