Excellent service more than helpful gavin was the person

Very prompt response to request for a quote with good explanation of my options. Very reasonable prices and good choice of room sizes. Staff were superb from initial phone calls to dealing with Gavin in person on the week of my move, cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from him.

Staff are friendly, helpful and polite. There is easy access to lockers and trollies to help with heavier pieces.

Angela was lovely. Our phone conversation was casual and put me at ease immediately. When we arrived she was welcoming and chatty. She told us everything we needed to know. She showed us the room assigned to us but there was a hole in the ceiling. She immediately changed the room and apologised

Used armadillo for storage of student daughters furniture when I needed storage Gavin, Laura and Angela were so helpful, talking me through the terms and conditions, what storage would suit my needs and being sure I understood everything before committing to anything. They were kindness itself at a stressful time for me.
