The staff . Lee and Angela were very helpful explained everything. Made us coffee with chocolate biscuits. Couldn't ask for any better. They are a credit to you.

Mandy and Lee were so helpful and helped with question I had and felt that they were willing to help as much as they could and helped with a stressful situation

From walking into the office everything was explained and clear. Mandy and Lee were brilliant. They gave an excellent service and nothing was too much trouble which really helped my 80 yr old parents with their move.

Your staff Mandy and Lee were very friendly and informative. They offered advice about all the products that are available from your company boxes bubble wrap etc. As this is a very difficult time for me they offered their support and made sure that everything was in place for the storage of my goods until I find a new home. Well done guys ??

Every step you were helpful but not pushy and all staff I spoke to were really friendly. Especially at the very beginning when I wasn't sure about moving on dates. The company is really great and really flexible which I appreciated

Friendly, helpful, great at communication, this was from start of our inquiry to the end of our storage time. The person who they helped us to find with the removal, were also exceptionally good. An all round great service.
