Customer reviews for Edinburgh Self Storage

Fantastic service from Tracey

Tracey was lovely and very helpful. Thanks so much :)

Great customer service and very reasonable price. Mark was particularly helpful and ensured we got exactly what we needed.

Outstanding and professional service Mark was very professional and friendly

We needed storage at very short notice due to an emergency, and the staff were extremely helpful. Tracy was very kind and went out of her way to help us resolve a technical issue with our reservation, even though we arrived right at closing time. We’re really grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this place.

Grest service!

A secure and affordable provider of storage spaces that's especially good for students. Gill at the front desk was really lovely and helpful and made sure I had a smooth experience checking my stuff in. The user-friendly website also makes the steps necessary for online check-in easy to follow.

Mark provides a lot of help and is also very nice. I highly recommend it to people who have warehousing needs！

Gill was super friendly and helpful when I came in to check in. Thanks!

Went to drop off my staff which was a lot and the lady Gill at the reception helped me so much and she was very patient with me throughout the process.Much thanks to her and Mark
