Gill was absolutely lovely, I came without my ID and she offered to wait for me to go back and get it, despite me not getting back till 5:45, she stayed around an hour overtime just to help me out. It made a huge difference to me and I really appreciated her selflessness and kindness! Lovely and friendly manner too
