1st day at the facility and made to feel really welcome. Tracy showed me around and very polite and knowledgeable about the site. Top marks all round.

The check-in process was very smooth with plenty of storage options. Tracey was a great help and explained the cost break downs and was very welcoming. The storage option are affordable and very convenient. The price is also affordable and very self explanatory.

Second time using the facility, first time for moving and the second for renovations all very smooth and easy to use. Staff always super helpful and friendly.
