The service was excellent. Esh provided really excellent customer service and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of care to detail. He showed me everything I needed to know and I felt valued as a customer. I even got a cup of tea!

I arrived around 1100 and was made to wait approximately 25 minutes, as there was only one member of staff at reception. He, himself (when he became available), was courteous and provided good service
