Great customer service on the phone, when visited the bow branch for packing supplies and then when I dropped everything off in Edmonton. Elton, who dealt with me, was friendly professional and well versed. I am in the process of trying to buy something and it's been really stressful, this is was in instance that did add to that. Good customer service

Esh could not have done more for us. He was polite, helpful and very informative of how to access our unit. He was thoughtful enough to offer us dust sheets to protect our belongings and changed our unit for us so that we had the correct size requirements.
