The whole process was very easy and the staff were great.

Good choice of different sized storage units but the lights on the floor that I keep unloading from keep turning out so I have to walk all the way back to the lift to reactivate them, yet the lights in the other zones in the corridor where no one is unloading stay on !

I had a delivery to my storage space which I couldn't make, so I made arrangements with the store for the delivery company to pick up my key and deliver it for me, the staff couldn't have helped more, very impressed indeed.

Have already used Big Yellow once before when moving house and decided to use them again this time around. Very pleased with how quickly I could get storage space, phoned up and reserved and space was available the same day. Staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and proffessional. Store is clean, well maintained and security is excellent.

I moved my stuff in to the Edmonton store on what was probably the hottest day of the year back in May. The office was delightfully airconditioned and as I had my 2 (stressed out) cats in the car I had a very speedy check in. Thanks Guys it was much appreciated!

A personal level of service was experienced during a stressful time of both moving and leaving the country. The hours of access were extended which helped me a great deal.

Great location, lovely secure premises, helpful staff, out of hours access couldn't ask for more really. I checked out all the rival companies within the area and I definately made the right decision. No one else found match their price and having seen them all I would say BY has the nicest premises. Will definately recommend.

I have nothing bad to say, service is excellent, security is excellent, prices are excellent and locations convenient - can only recommend very much!

Friendly and professional staff. Really good envirnonment to store goods. Would use you again. Only thing that I would change is your access hours - I think you should be opened to at least 8pm rather than 6pm.

I am very satisfied with the whole of the Big Yellow operations in Edmonton. I have recommended it to friends and I do think that this is a very client oriented and professional service that caters for maximum security of clients personal belongings and i like the way security is monitored.
