access into and out of the store is very easy. there is no limit on the size of vehicles to be used .entry is by access codes so generally very convenient in or out
Easy parking ,efficient security and lifts.Always clean and temperature controlled. Staff always polite and take the time to deal with you correctly. Sometimes when busy more staff and trolleys are needed.
The best feature of this store is the staff - extremely friendly and helpful - made it a real pleasure. The place is very well organised, access times and conditions are very convenient. Everything is excellent but would be quite expensive if we had not got a good deal. Also, aisles seem a bit narrow if it got busy. Other than that, pretty much perfect.
I needed some temporary storage whilst I moved house and I wasn't sure what size unit I needed. The staff were very helpful and got me the perfect size unit at a very good price. I was even surprised to get a refund for leaving my unit early!
Very clean storage space compaired to some other storage units I looked at. Pleased with process and staff when renting unit.

I found that the price increase has made it over my limit of what i can afford, i do like the easily useable access and environment however it's really useless that i cant access my storage in the evenings or only at Limited times at the weekends. it should be 24/7 or at least until 11pm in the evenings.
Good unit, good facilities. I would prefer to be able to access out of hours without any extra cost. Should have sprinklers.
