Great location, lovely secure premises, helpful staff, out of hours access couldn't ask for more really. I checked out all the rival companies within the area and I definately made the right decision. No one else found match their price and having seen them all I would say BY has the nicest premises. Will definately recommend.
I am very satisfied with the whole of the Big Yellow operations in Edmonton. I have recommended it to friends and I do think that this is a very client oriented and professional service that caters for maximum security of clients personal belongings and i like the way security is monitored. It's great to have extended out of hours access to your stuff especially if you work all day. The OOH (out of hours) opens early and closes late. Brilliant
I live and study in London but went to India for my year abroad to study. I did not want to burden my friends with keeping all my stuff so I had them stored over a year in Edmonton's branch. The staff were always very attentive and helpful, the store is very easy to get by and trolleys are always at hand. I do not have a car so it turned to be a bit of a hassle if I needed to bring some additional stuff in as the store is easily accessible by car but it is not a nice experience when having to walk there as it is by a main very busy road. The price is adequate although I would welcome a student discount price as I have struggled with money. Over all, I was a very happy customer and I knew my stuff was safe.
access into and out of the store is very easy. there is no limit on the size of vehicles to be used .entry is by access codes so generally very convenient in or out
Easy parking ,efficient security and lifts.Always clean and temperature controlled. Staff always polite and take the time to deal with you correctly. Sometimes when busy more staff and trolleys are needed.
I found that the price increase has made it over my limit of what i can afford, i do like the easily useable access and environment however it's really useless that i cant access my storage in the evenings or only at Limited times at the weekends. it should be 24/7 or at least until 11pm in the evenings.
excellent service i must say, the value of money was worth it. The staff that i met and spoke to where all eager and helpful and very pleasant. And the paper work was absolutely easy to understand and very quick as well. The offer fantastic!!!
