Process was very slick. Able to check in before turning up and process was clear, videos also helped. Staff friendly and helpful.

The entire customer service journey from obtaining a quote through to getting set up with Adam at the location was seamless. Adam clearly set out all the details for our rental and answered all of our questions. This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

The staff have been really helpful with everything. They have taken time and care to make sure that I was happy with the unit I have rented. The building is immaculately clean and tidy and the trollies are very useful too. The only thing that could have been better explained is how the entry code system works in conjunction with the security alarms.

1- you showed understand and great flexibility with the changing move in dates, knowing I was waiting for a belongings to come from abroad. Thank you! 2- Adam was very helpful even though I left little time for the check in but made it all happen quickly, smoothly and efficiently.
