Most welcoming and reliable staff Price and contract terms can be discussed with ease at the reception or checked on the website in correlation with the choice of unit size. Straightforward in terms of starting, account setup, access and choice of storage size. You will be given a mandatory padlock (heavy duty steel) and plastic sheet to cover and protect your unit (can be bought in advance or paid on site). You are shown around once, after which you can just come in and out with ease, no questions asked, no communication needed (within the available hours). Warehouse type lifts and big size trolleys are available. Always accessibile via a personal pincode. Units are always at the same level, flushed with the floor and lifts, so no steps or ramps to climb. When you need to close the account /contract you are required to give a 2 week notice which you will still be paying for and every other week will be fully refunded to you. The process to close, refund and final steps take under 5 minutes - at the reception The padlock is paid for so it stays with you.

I’ve had storage at this branch for about a year and the staff has been nothing but extremely helpful throughout the whole time. Anthony and Karyn go out of their way and have been very easy to work with.

I’ve had a unit here for 3 years due to not being able to let go of some emotive belonging following a bereavement at that time. Been back and forth a few times. Today i went and took some things out for the hospice charity shop and so am able to downsize the unit. Didn’t expect it to be so easy! Within minutes I had been shown smaller units, chose a new size and shape (they vary so much) and so I moved the smaller load in. Packed the car for St Christopher’s - job done! The manager was so helpful, and we did the paperwork in minutes and payment adjustments are pro rata and fair. Nothing was too much trouble whilst he opened 3 units to find the right shape! It could have been difficult but with the help of manager (Michael?) and staff it was a smooth ‘ordeal’

Anthony & Garry were extremely helpful with getting the agreement over the line, they pushed really hard to help me get to the price range required & were always positive, which will never be forgotten on my end, i owe them both a Redbull each haha

A massive thank you to Gary at Yellow Storage! He was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we had the exact space we needed and getting everything set up in time for our movers. We couldn't have done it without him!
