All organised very efficiently. Very happy with the service.

I’ve had a unit here for 3 years due to not being able to let go of some emotive belonging following a bereavement at that time. Been back and forth a few times. Today i went and took some things out for the hospice charity shop and so am able to downsize the unit. Didn’t expect it to be so easy! Within minutes I had been shown smaller units, chose a new size and shape (they vary so much) and so I moved the smaller load in. Packed the car for St Christopher’s - job done! The manager was so helpful, and we did the paperwork in minutes and payment adjustments are pro rata and fair. Nothing was too much trouble whilst he opened 3 units to find the right shape! It could have been difficult but with the help of manager (Michael?) and staff it was a smooth ‘ordeal’

Anthony & Garry were extremely helpful with getting the agreement over the line, they pushed really hard to help me get to the price range required & were always positive, which will never be forgotten on my end, i owe them both a Redbull each haha

A massive thank you to Gary at Yellow Storage! He was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we had the exact space we needed and getting everything set up in time for our movers. We couldn't have done it without him!

Anthony was a lovely member of staff who helped us with sorting out a storage unit for us. He was super friendly and able to answer all of our questions.
