I made a phone call on a Saturday morning spoke with Nick who was so kind, helpful and explained everything how storage system works, I mentioned it was short notice need to store furniture , Nick immediately assured me rooms available and put me in touch with a removal company who to were excellent and able to move my furniture on day I needed, thank you to Mark and Adam at yellow storage for their help,

I dealt with Nick, who was brilliant, he explained everything clearly and was very helpful, this was the first time I have put things in storage, but Nick guided me through splendidly.

I had a wonderful experience at the Eltham store - in particular Nick, who I spoke to on the phone, and Adam who handled my check in. They were wonderful and personable.

Great service from all concerned while arranging the storage. Oliver was very helpful at check-in and arranged an alternative room that suited my needs. Very good explanations of all the processes/payments involved. Certainly helped to reduce the stress levels.
