Sure, I approached your staff a few months ago at a very stressful stage of my life - the move. However, I found the staff there to be very helpful with what was available etc and being very flexible with the move in date, that we postponed on 2 or 3 occasions which was also straight forward. The online check-in was great to. I would like to particularly thank Martin Sloggett for making the process smooth for us and explaining everything to me, Thanks Martin
