It was unbelievable to have a great customer service compare to other storage I have visited. The quality of the service is attractive keep it up. All staff are friendly, polite and making customer feel in the house.

I have never used this kind of service before. As my first experience I was nervous as what to expect but was contacted very quickly by your team by telephone (after registering on line) and was made to feel less anxious. I had contact a couple of times again with queries. Answers were explained to me very clearly. The best experience was actually on the day of check in. We were met by a chap called Martin who was exemplary in all aspects of the check in process. Very friendly and knowledgeable on all aspects. We left after storing some possessions going back and forth several more times that day with no issues at all as everything had been shown to us and explained clearly. Insurance had also been clearly explained and dealt with, payment taken, bubble wrap bought, all to our complete satisfaction. The experience was actually very enjoyable.

Chap who dealt with me called Martin was highly professional. Went through the full breakdown of costs and even showed me the room. On the day of finally attending and signing the agreement, he even upgraded me to a bigger room at no charge .
