Quite easy and very helpful Victoria at Exeter Branch, it was a choice of two and she went through everything with me and showed me a few storage options.

Victoria was incredibly efficient, attentive and caring, and managed both contact and sorting my needs incredibly professionally, even though contact with me was difficult because I was on the whole time the booking was taking place. I cannot imagine how anyone could have dealt better with what I needed.

Initially a lot of figures were mentioned and it was a lot to take in. I was given a basic figure and advised that an email was being sent and I could look at the amounts at home. Kim was very helpful and took me to a unit that she thought would suit my needs. She was also understanding when things didn't go as we expected on moving day and helped to ease the process.

My wife made the 1st contact with Steve from Armadillo and he was very helpful. It was new to us and he explained everything and walked us through the full procedure. We returned the following day, and everything worked as it was supposed too.
