Very easy to use, accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful.

Friendly and efficient service and the store manager, Stephen, was very helpful. The facilities are easy to use and everything is clean in the storage areas and corridors.

The guy who processed us on move in was fantastic and the space was perfect for what we needed. Also the half price deal for 8 weeks meant it was actually much cheaper than we thought!

Firstly the excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Dan, Mike and Stephen. The service that we have received from Dan was exceptional!

Mike was extremely helpful. He was friendly and informative. He took the mystery out of all our concerns and made the whole experience very straightforward. He made us feel like Armadillo really care about their customers and took his time to make sure we were well catered for. Doing this type of business can be very dull, but Mike made up for this with his lovable personality. Also, a very nice young man made a sterling cuppa which was very well received as I had just driven down from London.
