Everything straight to the point- when I arrived at the storage I went to the reception/ had to change the storage for a bigger one and there was no problem at all/. Then I was introduced to all details and paperwork and moved my stuff in. All very easy and the staff was very helpful and really nice.

Very easy to use and smooth process. I feel comfortable with the level of security at the facility and coming/going is very straight forward.

Customer service was excellent, I was given all relevant information and helpful links to other resources such as removal companies to help with my situation. All details of the using the storage unit were explained clearly including access and insurance. The company was also very flexible to my needs

Staff was very friendly and showed me around before committing to a unit. Unit is great size for the price.

Ricky and Nicki were both really helpful when I first came to discuss my needs and then when I came to bring my items to store . The process was easy and straightforward.
